Skience taps former broker-dealer technology executive to lead product management and client success teams

Skience, a technology services and product innovator, recently appointed Damon Gladman to manage the firm’s product management and client success teams. Gladman will play a key role in scaling the innovative wealth management platform to address emerging technology needs, while implementing strategies to ensure a successful client experience.

“I am excited to join a company that is making a significant impact on transforming the way wealth management firms operate,” said Gladman. “Skience provides improved productivity to firms and advisors through streamlined digital workflows and smart integrations. I look forward to working with the product team to define and communicate a clear roadmap that supports the growth of the Skience platform in its role as the central hub of a firm’s technology infrastructure. As client success has long been an important priority for Skience, I am eager to work with our client success team to enhance our clients’ experience with our platform.”

Most recently, Gladman managed technology strategy for The Huntington Investment Company’s dually-registered broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor organization. During his long tenure with Huntington, Gladman led multiple technology initiatives designed to drive efficiencies, improve reporting, and increase customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Huntington, Gladman held various positions at National City Bank and Safelite Glass Corporation. A graduate of Eckerd College, he holds Series 7, 24, and 66 securities licenses.

Sanjeev Kumar, CEO of Skience, said, “Damon is a consummate professional, and brings valuable insights as well as expertise in managing teams and evolving technology solutions within the financial services industry. His two decades of experience positions him to provide the strategy and vision we need to continue to advance the Skience platform. Damon’s appointment represents our continued investment in the talent needed to build, deploy, and manage our product suite for our clients, as well as assist them in succeeding with Skience.”
